Who Can Register?

Classes are offered for ages 4 to adult. Beginners are accepted at any time throughout the year, however, enrolling in September or January is encouraged. We provide fun up beat classes, with games and motivational music.

Your dancer may dance recreationally or competitively. We perform in the community throughout the year, and hold in-house activities.

We use Studio Pro as our registration and payment platform.  Once you have spoken to Terri about registering (604 506 2589) you will be directed to this page.  If you are doing the 6 weeks intro, please choose to register online by clicking the link below.  The registration fee and the 6 week intro fee, are the same price.  Once you have completed your 6 week intro, you will then come back to your Studio Pro Account, and choose the regular class or classes, you or your dancer will be taking, to register and pay.

Where are Classes, Summer Camps, or 6 Week Intro Classes?

We have 3 locations

  1. North Lonsdale United Church (Upper Lonsdale)
  2. Beehaven at Queensbury Corner
  3. Parkgate Rec Centre – Temporarily Closed

AND we are holding a 6 weeks intro starting May 7, 2025, to gauge interest in classes in Kitsilano, (affectionately known as “County Kits”).   If there is enough interest, we will be permanently opening in Kitsilano.  Terri grew up just 4 blocks from this location and has an intimate knowledge of the businesses and services in the area.  She attended O.L.P.H (Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Point Grey, and Kitsilano High School for grades 8-12).

4.  St. James Community Square – Kitsilano  (Summer workshops tba)

If we have enough new beginners, we will hold Summer Beginner workshops. Our regular workshop for currrent North Vancouver students, is the last week of August before Labour Day weekend, ending on the Thursday for people wanting to go away for the long weekend.  Terri will access any interested dancer at any point throughout the year for placement in classes or workshops.  Questions?info@irishdancevancouver.com
